Amanah Data is operated from Kano, Kano State, Nigeria. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Amanah Data is a Nigerian mobile data service. You can reach us at:

|---|---|---|
| Alrahuzdata Our data provider, Nigeria |
The recipient phone number and the bundle you chose | They deliver the data to the phone. Without this, the purchase cannot happen |
| PaymentPoint Our payment provider, Nigeria |
Your name, email and phone number | To create your dedicated bank account number and confirm transfers into it. The account number itself is issued through PalmPay, which is why you will see PalmPay as the bank name when you transfer |
| Google Firebase Push notifications |
A device token and the text of notifications sent to you | To deliver notifications to your phone |
| Resend Email delivery |
Your email address and the content of emails we send you | To deliver password reset emails |
| Railway Hosting and database |
All account and transaction data, stored on their servers | They host our database and backend |
| Vercel Website hosting |

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or protect someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Our database and backend are hosted by Railway on servers located in the United States. Our email provider Resend and our notification provider Google Firebase also process data outside Nigeria.
This means your personal data is transferred outside Nigeria. We rely on these providers' own data protection commitments and standard contractual protections. By using Amanah Data you consent to this transfer. If you are not comfortable with your data being stored outside Nigeria, please do not use the service.
